The training zone at WOW Zerwa is designed primarily for people who already know a little about climbing, but it’s also a great
place for pre-workout warm-up or general training.

In our training zone you will find a SPRAYWALL one of the largest in Poland – that is, a perimeter climbing area with different wall angles
filled with countless holds. It is also a great place for a preliminary climbing warm-up.

On the mezzanine, where the training zone is located, we have also prepared for you a large free space for warm-ups and exercises
general development, an area with weights, MOON system wall, campus, grip boards, bars and much more.
