THIS IS A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN DO A COMPREHENSIVE WORKOUT, NOT JUST FOR CLIMBING

The training zone at WOW Zerwa is designed primarily for individuals who already have some knowledge of climbing. It is also an excellent spot for a pre-workout warm-up or general fitness training.

In the training zone, you will find one of the largest SPRAYWALLS in Poland – a circuit wall with various overhang angles, packed with a countless number of holds. It is also a great place for an initial warm-up before climbing or bouldering.

On the mezzanine, where the training zone is located, we have prepared a comprehensive training setup for you, including:

  • An open space for warm-ups and general training – where you can perform a full-body workout, a complete warm-up, stretching, or simply cool down after climbing.

  • A weight zone – offering a wide selection of weights, dumbbells, barbells, and pull-up bars; everything for strength training enthusiasts.

  • A circuit wall (spraywall) – a place for both beginner and highly advanced climbers. The high density of holds allows beginners to learn the basics of climbing techniques on overhangs. For advanced climbers, it is the best place to train endurance and power endurance, which are essential for conquering difficult routes on the rocks and on the wall. It is also an excellent climbing warm-up spot for climbers of all skill levels.

  • A MOON system board – the ultimate training spot for advanced climbers, where you can boost your power and finger strength, as well as tackle challenging bouldering problems on an overhang.

  • A campus board – this is where you build raw power that translates directly into hard sends on the rocks, ensuring that no small hold will ever be an issue again. Our campus board is equipped with rungs of various sizes, allowing you to tailor the workout to your abilities.

  • Fingerboards – here, you will reinforce your finger strength and learn how to hold different types of grips, which will definitely level up your climbing performance.

  • Pull-up bars and suspension straps – for target muscle strength conditioning.
