Children's

and youth

sections

Children’s and youth sections combine great fun with training, the purpose of which is not only to learn climbing, but also to encourage physical activity. Climbing has a beneficial effect on the child’s entire motor system: it improves agility, strength, endurance and motor coordination. It has a beneficial effect on the treatment of children’s postural defects, and, above all, supports the development of the child’s psyche, teaches responsibility for others, cooperation in a group, overcoming one’s own weaknesses and increases self-esteem.

The children’s climbing sections invite young students aged 6-12, while the youth sections invite participants aged 10-16.

We provide all the necessary climbing equipment for all climbing sections, and section members have the opportunity for additional individual training on weekends. For the youngest children we provide special harnesses.

Climbing training for children and teenagers includes:

  • Warm-up, in which we have fun doing general development exercises, strengthening fitness and individual muscle parts.
  • Climbing training, where we learn climbing technique in a fun form.
  • Stretching, during which we improve our flexibility and relax muscles tense after training.
