Youth

training groups

Children’s and youth climbing groups combine great fun with structured training aimed not only at teaching climbing techniques, but also at encouraging lifelong physical activity.

Climbing has a remarkably positive impact on a child’s entire musculoskeletal system: it improves agility, strength, endurance, and motor coordination. It helps correct poor posture in children and, most importantly, supports healthy psychological development—teaching responsibility for others, teamwork, overcoming personal limitations, and boosting self-esteem.

REGISTRATION FOR CLIMBING GROUPS IS OPEN VIA THIS LINK OR BY EMAIL AT [email protected]

Climbing training for children and youth includes:

  • Warm-up: Fun-filled general fitness exercises designed to build stamina and strengthen targeted muscle groups.

  • Climbing session: Play-based learning focused on developing proper climbing technique.

  • Stretching: Flexibility work to relax muscles after training and aid recovery.

How to Choose the Right Group?

  • Beginner: For children who haven’t previously attended regular climbing groups. If your child climbs regularly with parents, please ask us for an individual assessment.

  • Continuing / Intermediate: For children who have previously participated in climbing groups.

  • Advanced (2x/week): For experienced youth climbers who love climbing and want to train twice a week.

  • Sports Team (2x/week): For children with prior climbing group experience who want to train twice a week and compete in climbing competitions.
